Every Dinosaur Designs order is carefully and professionally gift wrapped. Personalised notes can be included, simply enter the details at checkout.

Goods are shipped via Australia Post, with fees calculated real-time at checkout. For orders shipped within Australia, we offer complimentary express shipping when you spend $300. This excludes our made-to-order pieces which are shipped with a courier partner at an additional cost.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one to two business days. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow an extra 1 – 3 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during the current government restrictions, promotions and over the Christmas period.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney Studio and we take pride and great care to professionally gift wrap all orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a sepatate shipping email confirmation to help trace your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, transit delays or customs holds.

DUTIES & TAXES

All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by your local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer's responsibilities and Dinosaur Designs has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.

Prefer to collect from store? Click and Collect orders are available on request for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane residents for collection at your local Dinosaur Designs store. All Click and Collect orders are manually processed, so please kindly be in touch to place your order with us.

Our Extinct store in Redfern has a processing time of 1 - 3 business days. All other stores are between 1 - 2 weeks to arrive to your selected store.

Once your order has arrived, you will be notified by our kind staff via call or text to arrange the best time for collection.

To return your item/s:

1. Item/s may be returned to Dinosaur Designs if still in original condition and within 30 days from receiving. Returns can be made either in store with returns card as proof of purchase or sent back to the Online Store below:

   We strongly recommend that all returns posted to Dinosaur Designs have a tracking number. Dinosaur Designs is not responsible for any returns that go missing or lost on their way to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out exchanges.
   
   
2. Once your items has been received, you will be emailed a store credit voucher in the form of a gift voucher to the value of the item/s within 5 business days. This voucher can be used to purchase your exchange item.
   
   Please note that credit notes are valid for 3 years and can be used both in store and online. We do not offer returns on final sales items
   
   We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a piece is not quite right, you will be provided with an online store credit voucher which is valid for 3 years.
