Every Dinosaur Designs order is carefully and professionally gift wrapped. Personalised notes can be included, simply enter the details at checkout.
Goods are shipped via Australia Post and DHL, with fees calculated real-time at checkout. For Australian orders, we offer free standard shipping for over $150 and free express for over $300.
All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow an extra 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the Christmas period.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, transit delays or customs hold ups.

Click & Collect
Customers ordering in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane will have the option to collect from one of our flagship stores. When picking up from store, the order must be paid in full via the Online Store prior and you will be required to show ID and a signature upon collection. Please note, orders can take 1-2 weeks to arrive in store.
DUTIES & TAXES
All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by your local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer's responsibilities and Dinosaur Designs has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a piece is not quite right, you will be provided with a store credit voucher which is valid for 3 years and can be used either in store or online.

1- Post the item/s still in their original condition with the returns form that was included in the orders paper work to:

We strongly recommend that all exchanges posted to Dinosaur Designs have a tracking number. Dinosaur Designs is not responsible for any exchanges that go missing or lost on their way to us.All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out exchanges.
2- Once your items has been received, the return will be processed within 2 business days and you will be emailed a store credit voucher. If a refund has been made, you will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original order. Processing time can vary between banks so please allow up to 10 business days for the refund transaction.
