For orders shipped within United Kingdom, we offer complimentary express shipping when you spend £200.

We offer £8.95 GBP flat-rate First Class Express shipping with Royal Mail.

We offer Local Pickup as an option at checkout, exclusive to our London store.

Collections are from our London Store at 35 Great Windmill St, Soho, London W1D 7DT between 12pm-6pm each day.

All orders are processed within twenty-four hours, excluding weekends. 

We will send a secondary confirmation that your order is marked ready to pick-up, which notifies you that your pieces can now be collected. 

For International shipments, we use Royal Mail shipping partners, with postage fees supplied in real-time at checkout.

All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import.

The payment of such are the customer's responsibilities and Dinosaur Designs has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one to three business days. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow an extra one to two days for your order to be processed and dispatched during, promotions, launches and over holiday periods.

Delivery timeframes are supplied at checkout and are estimates. Delivery times do not take into account processing times, transit delays or customs holds.

Every unique Dinosaur Designs piece ordered is carefully and professionally gift wrapped. Personalised gift notes can be included with your order, simply enter the message at checkout.

Pieces may be returned to Dinosaur Designs if still in original condition, within 30 days of receiving.
Online returns can be lodged via the returns form and mailed to 35 Great Windmill St, London W1D 7DT, United Kingdom or returned in one of our signature stores with proof of purchase.
